Today I made a healthier spin on a baked potato. Since I normally cover mine in butter, cheese, and sour cream almost anything is healthier. I stole this idea from a Denny's advertisement. It was very good! I sliced and cooked the potatoes in my frying pan, but dry, and I cooked the chicken in there, too. I steamed the broccoli in the microwave. After everything was cooked i just piled it up like a normal baked potato. It was better than I thought and freakishly filling! Enjoy!
